Mobile App Policy

This agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the mobile application ("App") provided by Liquor Express, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," by users who wish to purchase liquor express products through the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below:

4.1. By purchasing liquor express products through the App, you agree to abide by any additional terms and conditions imposed by the Company, including but not limited to age verification requirements.

4.2. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information, and you authorize the Company to charge your payment method for any purchases made through the App.

5. Age Verification:

5.1. The Company reserves the right to verify your age before processing any liquor express product orders made through the App.

5.2. You agree to provide any necessary identification or age verification information as requested by the Company.

6. Compliance with Laws:

6.1. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to the purchase and consumption of alcohol products in your jurisdiction.

7. Disclaimer of Liability:

7.1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to your use of the App or your purchase of liquor express products through the App.

7.2. The Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any information, products, or services offered through the App.

8. Modification of Terms:

8.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

8.2. Your continued use of the App after any such modifications or updates shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law:
